Need serious help getting over tilt

This year I had aces cracked a couple times for large sums of $$ and I can't seem to get over it. I played within my BR, I realize that I crack aces sometimes as well, I definitely played the hands well (every time I shipped it pf, facing some absurd 5x+ raise UTG) but I just can't get over it.

Any exercises to help move past this ordeal would be awesome. Food for thought would be nice as well I guess, but I really feel that I have a mature, perhaps even a professional mentality towards poker, so I'm not sure if it would be that helpful.
